Fantastic service!! I can't thank them enough. We had a family emergency and staff took our dog in on 1 hours notice! They booked an open ended stay and gaves us updates! It was one les thing to worry about during a stressful time. 100% will use them again and highly recommend checking them out!

Wonderful experience with teeth cleaning my very nervous and timid large dog! We haven't had much success with him because he's just scared of everything, but Mountain Paws was very kind and patient with us and made sure it was a good experience for my dog! I am extremely pleased and happy with the service and would recommend to everybody! So many services are offered here, from grooming to boarding, we will definitely be back and telling all our pet friends to come for a visit! Thank you Mountain Paws, you made our day!! ❤️❤️

Absolutely wonderful experience. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming. Truly above and beyond. Our dog, Niko, was having a hard time settling in, and they kindly took him up to the penthouse and spent time helping him relax. That level of care meant everything to us.
Hands down one of the most pet-friendly and thoughtful kennels in BC. You can genuinely feel how much they care about four-legged family members. We’ll definitely be back!
