I had a reflexology and massage session with Lorraine where she worked on my feet, my arms, and my back.
For quite a while, I had been having a little pain and restriction in one arm. Putting it up over my head wasn’t comfortable but it wasn’t something I really paid attention to anymore.
It was a very relaxing experience and I wasn’t thinking about my arm afterward. A couple of days later, I was at yoga and put my arms up over my head. Suddenly I realized, the pain was gone. I had full range of motion and could move my arm freely.

Thank heavens for this business. Alison and Ireland have an amazing talent. My feet are very sensitive Alison is most gentle with pedicures and she's most great at hot rock massages. Rates are so reasonable. Self care is important now more than ever. You won't be sorry to treat yourself with self care at new energy and wellness

It's a very clean and organized facility. The ladies are friendly, knowledgeable, and gentle. She chose my nail colour and I absolutely love it!! Not only will I be back, I'm bringing the girls with me! ??
