I get service first time but i was not happy. I want different thing but i get different thing. First when i booked service they asked $200 and after that when i visit there they asked $280. I don’t care about money if they give me nice experience. My friends and family said that we didn’t see much changes in you hair its look like same before you had.

What an awful experience! Messed up my daughter’s hair just before her graduation. The lady was so furious about Justin Trudeau she couldn’t shut up about him; kept talking about him, got all worked up about liberals and “communists,” and ended up doing a real number on my daughter’s bangs. My daughter has been in tears since. Lady, if you can’t focus on your job leave your politics at home.

I’ve had the pleasure of Sydney McKenzie doing my hair for sometime now. While Sydney does specialize in blondes, she cuts and shapes my natural wavy brunette hair perfectly. If you’re not a blonde or if you have wavy hair, I promise you are still in good hands. Sydney’s attention to detail, communication, professionalism, and kindness are some of the reasons I’ve kept going back. I truly cannot recommend her enough.

Sydney Mckenzie did a beautiful job on my highlights, my hair has never been so light and bright while still being soft and healthy. She took her time with the cut and styling after the highlights and I walked out loving my hair! I would definitely recommend her.

I just wanted to take a moment to rave about my hairdresser, Sydney McKenzie.I recently got highlights and balayage done, I am absolutely in love with the results! It's been 4 days since I got my hair done, and the style is still looking fantastic. I've been getting so many compliments from friends and even strangers. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I’ve went to Mad Lillies twice now to buy a gift certificate, for a friend because some reason they love this place.Both times I went an hour before their scheduled close time (online and on the door) neon “open” sign still on, but the doors are locked. Knocked and a lady came and answered said sorry we’re closed.Very inconvenient and very unprofessional in my opinion. If you have different winter hours you should at least post it on the door as many people do not live in town and it’s not a “quick” drive down there.

I was not thrilled with my experience at Mad Lillies. I was double booked and had to do a lot of waiting around. Asked for a balayage and got a few highlights, and not even a toner.I was quite disappointed. Doesn’t look terrible, but not what I asked for. Worker/staff was friendly and nice enough. Would I go back? Mm, probably not.
