Sylvie is the one I go to year after year ! She's professional , detailed and knows her stuff ! I highly recommend booking with her ! I'm not sure about the other staff . But she's great !

I have used H&R Block's service for my annual tax return since 2012 elsewhere in Canada, and here in Cranbrook for the last five. Of those five years, Sylvie Marra has handled my file for the last two. She has proved to be highly efficient, provided excellent advice to me, and performed above and beyond all her other predecessors when dealing with my file. Superb service. Thank you.

Thia Sterling was our agent. Knowledgeable, professional, great help. Much better than Turbo Tax without question. New management this year at Cranbrook office so all older posts are not applicable to the staff and management currently in place. Recommend.
