A few years ago, I was sent off from Cranbrook Regional Hospital despite expressing my concerns about severe pains. Sure enough, later on it turned out it was an ectopic pregnancy on the edge (!) that was overlooked and ignored by the Doctor (?) Tanya Burch despite me crying in pain and begging her for a blood test or ultrasound. Zero responsibility or basic human compassion. No need to mention professional ethics here.

I do not recommend Dr. Brinks. She lied to me about the results of an MRI. I was not aware of what the real results were until I dug into it myself. I also had a recommendation for further action in that MRI report and I was not made aware of. This misinformation was extremely heartbreaking to figure out and has made my health journey very difficult.

Saw Dr Brink and have to say this was one of the best experiences I have had in a very long time. She was thorough and caring and informative. Offered immediate solution to my problem and went above and beyond to care for me. Thank you so very much and her Assistant Niki amazing friendly and fun.

First referral was months later....drove 1 1/2 hours from out of town only to find that it was cancelled and booked again for a few weeks later......drove a total of 3 hours for nothing. Second appointment was pure disappointment. I found it a total waste of my time and gas for a second 3 hours of driving. Dr. S came across as apathetic, patronizing and totally unhelpful to someone living in daily discomfort for over 6 months and counting. I will never go to that clinic again.

I've been waiting for my appointment for 14 months now.....called and found out they had cancelled it with my doctor but neither of them contacted me about why. They claimed to speak to me but when I asked what number they called they gave me a different one from mine. So still living in daily pain waiting for an appointment that I'm not sure will ever come.

I called the office as I received a voicemail call for a referal sent by my doctor. The girl on the phone was rude to me and lacked empathy in my conversation with her. I for this reason base my review off of who I talked to as I was not impressed by the lack of professionalism when calling in.
