Consistently excellent service, and very knowledgeable staff and service technicians. This week I had a warning alert on my brakes and had to catch a ferry with a huge storm hitting the region. They quickly took my car in for a quick inspection showing the brakes were fine, the warning light disappeared! Very honest shop, don’t hesitate to take your import there!

Posted under my wrong account. Oh well - I’ll continue the story - the entire staff were kind and professional. I was shown what was wrong and given sound advice. The mechanic found something that didn’t look right to him and he was bang on. Now I have to look into my files and found who made the mistake that Christian found. Service was great and I will be back.

Something was wrong with my car. I told them what I thought it was based off previous issues. I wasn’t even close! They showed me what it was and only charged me for their time (30 minutes). They could have fleeced me as I know nothing about cars, but they chose to be honest and that’s why I’ll be back. The mechanic - Christian - felt something looked off, but wasn’t sure what it was. He was spot on and the problem was found and addressed. Professional. Kind. Funny. I’ll be back.
