I had the great pleasure of working with Todd. Quite honestly, Todd is the best! He went way above and beyond, to ensure not only my front door and windows were functioning correctly, but he also took additional time (no charge) to fix my garden shed door that was built and installed by a person who called himself a carpenter. Todd worked on the door until it swung correctly. Thank you again Todd! You are my no.1 choice to refer my real estate clients to. I hope to send lots of business your way.

So I have finally gotten around to writing a review. Moved to Comox valley last year and decided to have all the old single pain aluminum windows replaced in 2020. We did this back in Ontario and went with NorthStar windows which we were very happy with but aren’t sold here so started looking. After getting 4 quotes in we went with Thermoproof and here is my experience. Our house is cedar siding 2x4 construction, new windows being thicker required old jams be removed, ripped to smaller size and replaced.
