I spoke to 4 companies before selecting Rockwell to install our LX Viatera quartz countertops in our kitchen and both bathrooms. I trusted Sean. He was always on time, answered my many questions with honesty and many years of experience. He and his brother did a great job installing our countertops with a wall that wasn't square. The surface on one of our Viatera slabs was faulty. Viatera paid for a new slab but would not pay for another install. Rockwell didn't hesitate to change the quartz on the island including taking out the 3 sinks in 2 bathrooms and replacing those countertops making everything right.
Incredible experience. I love it when I can trust a supplier during a renovation. Sean and Chad from Rockwell were not only dependable and fair, they were creative and found ways to make things work for us when marble we purchased elsewhere didn't work out. Excellent communications throughout the experience and an all too rare occasion of service above and beyond. Plus we not only got a kitchen island, but a new ping pong site! The perfect kitchen!
I was in a bind to find someone who could install countertops with only a couple weeks notice. We called everyone in the valley with many not returning our calls. Sean answered within minutes and, after 20 back and fourth emails/quotes on what was available (20 emails in a day haha), I got exactly what I wanted. Sean and his brother showed up on the weekend (when they usually do not work) to ensure they could install the countertops before my out of town guests arrived for US Thanksgiving. When I told Sean we were repurposing the kitchen for downstairs once we do our suite, him and his brother ensured they glued the countertops in a way where the quartz could be removed...read full review
