Ohspa is a nice hotel known for its clean and beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, and excellent service, especially from the front desk staff. Guests appreciate the various amenities, including a lovely outdoor pool, hot tub, and an outdoor barbecue area. The hotel offers complimentary snacks like fresh cookies and apples, along with coffee and tea throughout the day. The location is convenient, with grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping within walking distance. While some minor maintenance issues were noted, such as a loose shower door frame and limited hair conditioner, guests expressed a willingness to return due to the overall enjoyable experience.
Great hotel. You have a full kitchen and the beds and pillows are super comfortable. In the maple house building you have a balcony. Our room also had a washer and dryer and they give you laundry detergent and dryer sheets if you need to do laundry. They have free cookies in the lobby. Also loved the location walkable to restaurants and its right in front of a bike/run path on the river. Highly recommend.
Nice hotel.. but on the pricy side. Lobby provided snacks ie: apples, fresh baked cookies through the day as well as complimentary coffee/tea. Our room was very clean and provided all the usual perks. It was very quiet. Comfortable bed. However, the hair conditioner container had barely enough in it for one wash \\u0026 rinse. The shower door frame on bottom was very loose, which l thought could give someone a nasty cut or scrape. The outdoor pool and hot tub were enjoyed. We would go there again.
The staff here are beyond amazing especially the front desk. I can’t say enough about the quality of service given. Very clean and beautiful rooms, lovely pool area. Would only ever stay here again.Rooms: Clean, bright, well stocked suites. They feel very modern and comfortable while still looking luxurious.Nearby activities: Shopping downtown, restaurants, billiards, groceries, bowling, parks, theatre, movie theatre, library, spa, a little museum, ski and boarding up the mountain, lots of beaches and a lake.Walkability: Groceries, restaurants, drugstore, and fast food are within a 10 minute walk. Shopping downtown, museum, library, and parks are within a 30 minute walk. There is also a lovely walking trail that you can start behind the hotel which goes to an estuary and air park.Food & drinks: Lots of snack and drink amenities available here, room, front desk, and purchase wise. The restaurant attached is absolutely wonderful and feels very classy.
