My last review was 5 years ago AND : still training two days a week.That’s a total of ten years. That surely be enough to witness to the effectiveness of Jared’s training skîlls. For someone who used to find training a chore, after many years disliking the activities dislike has slowly morphed into Enjoyment of my twice weekly gym visits.The gym is small not overwhelming , bright and always spotlessly clean.Jared’s training is compassionate and attentive.
