The clinical team and front desk go above and beyond everytime it is time to replace my cpap and supplies or to adjust my therapy.
It is rare to get such personalized service like this anymore. Thank you for the great care.

I was not going to post a review as I absolutely hate public forums and the lack of personal privacy security in doing so. I am ONLY doing this -carefully- to show my support to this clinic and their amazing staff.

I am one of those patients who was not thrilled about needing CPAP therapy. The team works with me to improve my perception on this and I feel tremendously better on therapy!

Thank you to Sara who explains everything and encourages me to keep with it! Thank you to Diana who takes care of all of my beneifit hassles! Thank you to the manager ( forgot name - sorry!) who delivered my supplies to me when I couldn't make it into town and saved me...read full review

I needed warranty work done on my CPAP that I can't live without and I live on Quadra Island. I couldn't get to the Campbell River or the Courtenay location to pick up a loaner for the weekend and drop off my CPAP that needed to be serviced. The ladies in the clinic were complete angels, working hard to find the best possible solution to help me. The end result was that they bundled everything together, coordinated times and then the manager went above and beyond to meet not just myself but also another patient at the Campbell River ferry terminal!
