I was ready to hire this company this morning when I was expecting one of the owners to show up to do the quote at 9:30 am. He was supposed to come yesterday but cancelled the appointment because his son was in the hospital with a broken leg, and that is understandable , although I would have thought there would have been another person who could do a quote. I sent text messages this morning to find out if he's still coming because 9:30 had come and gone, finally at 9:51 a.m. I received a message that he won't be coming at all - in other words, no roof by this company.
