Friendly, helpful and going above and beyond. I got my mom's taxes done there after she passed away 5 months ago. Not only were they willing to do them without a will but the lady also faxed her credit card company for me. The Willow Point H&R in Campbell River just kept saying no will no can do. Even though I had probate. I was very impressed how I was treated.
