Our experience with Fresh look was top notch start to finish. We booked for duct cleaning in our house in Black Creek. They communicated well and explained service options. Spencer was our service person and he was excellent. He was punctual, thoughtful and efficient. We were very pleased with the results. I would whole heartedly recommend them without hesitation.

Fresh Look has been cleaning our rugs, upholstery and air ducts for many years. We first hired Fresh Look when it was Sears Carpet Cleaning and because we can count on their professional, courteous, friendly service (receptionist and technicians), we are repeat customers. They are always on time and the prices are very reasonable. Yesterday, Fresh Look cleaned the rug in our TV room and a lazy boy chair and our dryer duct. The rug and chair look great and now that our dryer duct is free of lint, we are rest assured that a fire will not start in our dryer duct. Thank you Fresh Look!
