I cannot say enough good things about DN Auto, my alternator decided to quit on me while visiting the area. They were able to squeeze me in the next day for diagnosis and fit me in later that day to fix my vehicle. They offered the best customer service, appropriate pricing and excellent communication throughout the experience.

We took our older truck to DN Auto Corp today in Courtenay and had an amazing experience. One of the tests they ran showed nothing, so they didn’t charge us for it. They also didn’t try to upsell us or say we needed a bunch of unnecessary work — they simply told us to keep an eye on it. The service was quick and the staff were very friendly. We’re so happy to have found a trustworthy place to recommend and to take our vehicles to.

Excellent mechanics, Excellent front staff. They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, definitely fairly priced, honest, and accommodating of emergency situations. Seriously, this shop is beyond excellent. Highly recommended!
