I went in Saturday afternoon looking for a used car. Heli met us outside with the friendliest smile. She made me feel very comfortable and made me feel heard. It was my first experience buy a car from a dealership, Heli and her team were excellent!

Would not hesitate to recommend Courtenay Mazda! This was our first time buying new and we were a bit nervous going into it with the stereotypes you hear about with car dealerships, but we had a great experience purchasing our 2024 Mazda CX-30. The whole team was awesome but a special shout out to Heli for helping us beginning to end. She was friendly, knowledgeable and really made the whole process easy and stress free.
