I don't know where to start, this group of people are amazing. I bought a 22 Manual Golf R, then my wife liked it so much we were back and got her a 17 Golf TDI. I started having issues driving stick due to nerve damage so they got the car back and now just waiting for my 23 Golf R to be delivered. The Sales, Management and everyone else involved went above and beyond to Help me out and find another Golf R. Like I said nothing short of being amazing. We purchases two cars from them in 2019, both standards, but I received a serious injury at work and was having an extremely difficult time driving them. We went in and explained the situation, we weren't expecting much, they understood and worked their butts off to help us. They gave us way better than fair value on both our trade ins and got us into a 2021 Tiguan for a very fair price, with payments exactly where we needed them, which was a big task given the situation. They have absolutely earned our business and we will definitely be going back to them in the future. If you get offered a deal from another dealership I'd highly suggest you take the offered deal in and show it to them, they'll work to earn you business. One of the staff members, I don't want to use his name, suggested driving their car, driving the other car, then coming and driving theirs again to see the difference.
