The service is terrible. For the past 6 years they can't keep a teller for more than a few months and every time I come in there is a new employee who most of the time can't seem to even count properly. Seriously, it shouldn't take 30 minutes to get change. But it takes that long every time.

I went in for an insurance quote and spent an hour in the office. Daniel said he would get back to me Monday but didn’t. I ended up getting insurance elsewhere. Don’t waste your time here, understaffed and he’s making you sign documents without giving you quotes.

Julie Mcleod has gone out of her way to help us with our house insurance needs. We would highly recommend her services and are disappointed that we can no longer work with her as we have moved to Alberta.
