1. The way he explained how the system works and how to save my time with the minimum efforts for the best results
2. the tech knowledge of electronics devices on how the system operates. (As an aircraft avionics technician, I just briefly explained what the problem is on my devices, he instantly catches how to deal with the situation.)

I needed a non plug-in charger for my iPhone due to my charging port being dirty as a quick resolution and I was suggested one to purchase and it’s the first one I’ve ever had work. Lol. Thank ya to the lady who helped as soon as I came in the door, they often have many employees that are available for any questions
I was disappointed after placing an order online and having it cancelled a few days later. I went into the store in Courtenay as a very unhappy customer but left feeling very happy as a result of my interaction with Lucas one of the customer support personnel. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable in his dealings with me. He acknowledged my concerns and sorted everything out to my satisfaction. He is a great asset to Best Buy Courtenay!!
