Fantastic experience with installation of mini-split heat pump in an older condo. The team was on time, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions with kindness and patience. Left my place clean and tidy. The heat pump is already improving my summertime sanity :-)
Angela was very helpful from the time I met her at the home show, home visit was thorough and my ducted mini split is great. She supported me through the frustrating rebate process.
Very knowledgeable and helpful. Installation staff was extremely good, quick, clean and pleasant. We had a few glitches which were addressed immediately and resolved quickly. Would recommend for heat pump installation. Thanks !
