I thought my old heating system was fine until 21 Degrees showed up and installed this heat pump. Now my house is so perfectly comfortable I’m convinced they secretly installed a portal to heaven. The guys were absolute legends — arrived on time, worked like caffeinated wizards, and left zero mess (I actually checked under the sofa for dust just to be disappointed).

Excellent service, friendly and tidy.. The owner, Doug, is very attentive, answered all of my questions and is on top of everything his installers are doing. I feel very confident that if there’s any problems in the future, we will take good care of me. I highly recommend 21 Degrees.
