I recently had Shawn from Whitestone Heating & Cooling come out to service my two 30-year-old fireplaces, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results.
It was a significant job that took about 5 hours of dedicated work. Despite the age of the units, Shawn was thorough and patient, ensuring everything was functioning perfectly. What really stood out was his professionalism—once the work was finished, he took the time to clean the entire work area, leaving my place spotless.
I live in Surrey. Contacted Kam last evening and we agreed on his coming today around 10:00AM. Kam was few minutes earlier and we immediately went upstairs to check the tank. Quick inspection, correction, and a brief how-to instruction for me. Professional, helpful, and friendly. Thank you and BRAVO Kam and Whitestone!!!
