They’ve got pretty much everything you’d need to repair or upgrade except they don’t have enough staff to help. The staff I do see are always in personal conversations and look at you rudely if you interrupt to ask for help.

Couple day ago we shopped at Home Depot at Coquitlam location. Shirin the credit card manager was so helpful and she gave us a great deal. She was very nice and spend an hour to take care of our order. Big thank to her.

Five stars is not enough to even describe the phenomenal customer service provided. I was gone to pick up a bottle of a carpet cleaning solution and as I picked up the first one on the shelf, I noticed the bottle leaking and got some on my hands. So I went out and grabbed the second bottle behind it and waived one of the employees (really wish I got her name) to share the issue. She listened to me but was worried about the concentrated solution on my hand more so than anything else. I kinda shrugged it off saying itll be fine and that I was worried someone else might pick up the leaking bottle.
