I had a battery issue in my Grand Caravan and was on the way to a mechanic. My car died right in front of their shop. The guys from Take 5 Oil Change came out and offered to help. They charged my battery and ordered a part for me. Installed it and had me back on the road in less than 15 mins and only charged me $30. Saved me a trip to a mechanic who would have charged me more than that just to diagnose it. Robin the Manager told me people break down all the time at that intersection and they always go out to help. These are good guys and I hope others try them out as well. He also explained to me why the problem happened in simple terms and how it could have been prevented. There was no upselling, they aren’t paid by commission, just true honest mechanics.
