Saje Natural Wellness is a welcoming business with a wide range of products, including diffusers and essential oils. The staff is knowledgeable and happy to provide guidance on products and gift wrapping. Customers can expect exceptional service and are likely to return, making Saje a go-to destination for wellness and self-care needs.
Customers have praised the products, the experience, and the advice given by the store manager. However, some have found the staff to be a bit too attentive, following customers around the store and actively pitching products. Despite this, the store is known for its friendly, welcoming, and highly educated staff who are eager to help customers find what they need.
I had such a lovely experience at Saje, and I especially want to recognize the employee who helped me, Parm. She was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and welcoming, and took the time to genuinely listen to what I was looking for without making me feel rushed or pressured.
Parm’s knowledge and willingness to help made the experience feel personal and comfortable.
Thank you for being so friendly and helpful — it really made a difference and was very much appreciated!
Rose is so sweet and patient and very helpful with her suggestions. She was able to help me pick out the perfect gift within ten minutes - in the right price range and right requirements/tastes!
I’ve visited this location at Coquitlam Centre many times and generally receive good service but over the weekend, Olivia went above and beyond in taking time to answer my questions, offering suggestions, and just genuine friendliness! Thank you Olivia!
