Hooman, the Store Manager, was incredibly helpful in correcting a transaction error and making sure I received my refund. He was professional, patient, and went above and beyond to help. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service!
About RONA Coquitlam
RONA Coquitlam offers exceptional customer service with knowledgeable staff. Customers can rely on Houman, the Sales Manager, for recommendations on electrical, plumbing, and other technical questions. The store is clean, organized, and well-stocked with a wide range of products. Free parking is available, making it a convenient shopping destination. One customer appreciated the professionalism of a staff member who tried their best to cut a thick iron chain, even though the tools failed. However, another customer felt cheated after a purchase involving a discount and price difference compared to another store.

This shop may be better than Home Depot. It’s Canadian, the staff are friendlier and I felt like this is the best supply store for builders!
Also a special shoutout to Rocco and Purdam for being super friendly, attentive and helpful to my needs and overall success in making me feel welcome and appreciated here!
