I been customer at prostitch for last 9 years. customer service is great, knowledgeable staff. I have gotten hemming done and evening wear and men's shirts and suits. They always have done wonderful job. I highly recommend prostitch.
I had an evening dress that needed to be taken in from the back where there is a zipper. The work was completed nicely within 3 days. Ash, who works there was nice and courteous. The price was also fair. Would recommend.
In short, Pro Stitch is fantastic & highly recommended.
In long, it can be hard to find a tailor that is really good. . .
As for my first item they tailored for me (I have now become a returning customer). I brought in an evening gown.
Ordered my evening gown off line - - Loved the color, loved the style, ordered my size but all of it still came oversized. I feared because of the delicate material, if I hemmed it, trimmed it, took it in, the design & structure would be destroyed. They were very kind, attentive & receptive to my desires.
