Chris has been working with us for years. Reliability and expertise are constant. But the difference is his ability to care for us as clients especially when issues arise. Consistently caring!
Definitely a 5 star job both times we used Parkland Electrical Services! The first time was during our kitchen renovation when they installed all of our pot lights, electrical plugs, switches and new wiring. Chris gave great ideas on where to install the lights for a balanced look, how many switches we would need and where to put them.This last time, I was having a problem with lights going on and off and a warm electrical panel. Chris was able to come over on short notice and give me a temporary fix and quick estimate until he could come back the next day with the parts to replace the electrical panel. Chris replaced old furnace wires in my house with new wires compatible with smart thermostats and installed a Ecobee thermostat for me.The old wire that the Furnace person installed was hanging in the air but I noticed that Chris tied the new wires neatly even though I didn't ask for that so I can tell he cares about his works.Communications with him was very smooth and I'm completely satisfied with his workmanship.
