We chose Newport Dry Deck as the surface for our deck because of its seamless waterproof system and the ability to properly repair it over time rather than just patching problem areas. That gave us a lot of confidence in the long-term durability. On top of that, the finished result looks fantastic. Its been a year, and we've had no issues.
The experience working with the team was excellent. They were incredibly responsive to our questions throughout the process, which made everything feel smooth and well-managed. The installation crew was equally impressive — fast, efficient, and very polite while on-site.
Keri, Lovance and the team was wonderful to work with. They prioritized our deck repair right after winter season as it was sustaining some water damage due to poor craftsmanship from previous repair before we moved in. Very competitive rate, and they were punctual, efficient, worked with care and integrity. Good communication throughout the whole process so we can stay updated on timeline, work progress and troubleshooting along the way. I had a coating applied to my front stairs and the job was well done. The team was accommodating, especially with ensuring the colour was not too dark, which was an initial concern.
