We brought our car in for an ICBC repair and were very happy with service they gave. William provided great service and detailed information regarding the cost from our end. Our car had front bumper & grille replaced. Hood and side fenders were repaired to factory looking parts. The color match was perfect and all the lines were balanced. Wife was very happy with service and repairs..will recommend.

I had a bumper cover issue that was going to take forever through my claim that i filed, 6 weeks waiting to get my vehicle even picked up by my insurance company. I called William and he went above an beyond to do an assessment, have the vehicle taken to the shop, repaired....the vehicle was cleaned and details when i picked it up a few hours later. My jaw dropped when I picked it up from the shop, it looked in perfect condition and the service was efficient to the highest quality. Great quality repairs and paint on my vehicle, and were able to do a same-day estimate while other shops were booking 3+ weeks out for an estimate. Was given a great rental car, the repairs were done quickly, and I'm very pleased with the whole experience. Shout out to William and the other staff who all helped and contributed to my experience!
