Despite being virtually brand new our car has unfortunately been to Mountain Highway Collision twice in the past year - once due to damage from an object having fallen off a truck on the highway, the other due to vandalism (side scratched). On both occasions Matt and his team have been great - they have taken care of arrangements with ICBC, made like new repairs, provided a loaner car and returned the car all cleaned up. They have been a pleasure to deal with and we would highly recommend their shop for damage or collision repairs.

Excellent service, quality work, and quick turnaround. I' was referred to Mountain Hwy when I needed to get my windshield replaced, and was impressed by the lengths everyone went to to make sure I was able to pick up and drop off my car at a convenient time, so when I scraped up the side of my truck, I knew exactly where to go.

Matt helped me understand the impact an ICBC claim would have on my premiums vs. a private claim. After all was said and done, I went the ICBC route, and Matt went above and beyond. He fixed the big dent/scrape, but also pulled an old dent and sprayed over a ton of old scratches too.

I can't say enough about Mountain Hwy - it seems that its far more likely to have service shops trying to pad their bill, not under promising and over delivering. Hats off to Matt and the gang - thank you very much for your integrity, honesty and quality work!
