I can’t say enough good things about Dr. MacKenzie from the start, I felt like part of their family, not just a patient. The sharp, night-time foot pain that used to wake me up is completely gone after starting laser therapy—I even stopped taking gabapentin and feel completely pain-free.
What really touched me was how kind and caring they are. They never treated me like a source of money and made payment super easy. Truly an amazing doctor who actually cares about their patients. This has to be the most efficient doctor's office I have ever been in. I went in with minor lower back pain that I wanted diagnosed and they put me through their thorough diagnostic process, which included a physical exam of the affected area, x-rays, walking test, 10 minutes of laser treatment on the area and finally the doctor making an adjustment to my back. All of this was completed within 45 minutes. I was very impressed with their efficiency and professionalism. The best part is that they diagnosed the problem very quickly and now have me on the appropriate treatment plan. Thank you Dr. Mackenzie! You are amazing!
