Love this store, but don't like their latest policy where you only get a receipt when you provide an email or phone number.
Just visited a few days ago, and was told by the lady working there that I couldn't get a receipt because I was not comfortable giving out my personal info.

Loretta has always been very kind and helpful when I come to this location. The samples and asking for my account number is much appreciated. I go to Coquitlam centre 4-5 times a year, and this store is one of my favourite stops when I go. My only wish from the brand is that one day they can carry the Bath cubes in store. As well to carry that little bath cube some hotels give out called “EFFERVESCENT CUBE” With essential oils: Mint, Pine and Rosemary. The scent is to die for!

I love this brand. My skin is extremely dry and this is the only thing that works. Also there was this very polite Asian girl who worked there who was really helpful and helped me pick the right products. Will go there forever now. ?
