We did the wooden pen workshop here today. Martin was amazing! I'd never worked on a lathe before and his explanations and walk-throughs were thorough and easy to follow. He was quick to help if there were any issues and very personable. THANK YOU MARTIN!

Literally writing this review for superstar, Martin. He is super knowledgeable and kind, going above and beyond to help us find something that suited our specific needs. I am so happy I found and came to this store from Richmond to check it out because it was a very worthwhile experience. They've got lots of tools and such on display as well as a very clean aesthetic, unlike some other very industrial looking stores. Every store had its' place but this really stood out for me. What a great store with great staff.

Today was my first time in a Lee Valley, bought a new tool I was excited to use, walked out into the parking lot & immediately broke it ?♂️
I went back inside & explained to the gentleman that I clearly had no idea what I was doing. He came back with a brand new tool, showed me how to use it, handed it to me, & then told me to have a nice day… I was stunned.
From that one experience, I’ll be a customer for life. Thank you.
