Leash Loft is our dog's absolute favourite place to be (even more than with us some of the time). The staff here love our dog like she is their own. They are very transparent about any issues that have happened throughout the day, and always ensure the best care for all the dogs they have. They also have groomers on site that you can book on days your dog will be there, so you do not need to rearrange your already busy schedule to get them to a groomer. We have recommended Leash Loft countless times to other people that are thinking of getting a dog in Coquitlam, but are concerned about exercise and socializing in an urban area. We have been soooo happy with Leash Loft these last couple of years. We moved over when our Yellow Lab was not settling well at other places and was quite nervous. It took a little bit, but the staff is so friendly and welcoming and they have made her feel comfortable and loved. They have shown us how much they pay attention to the dogs by sharing small stories about her with us or even what other dogs she plays with. It has been the best place for her and we are so thankful for all the work the employees at the loft do!! Thank you for taking such good care of her!!
My dog has been coming here for over a year now, and everyone at the store is incredibly kind and caring toward animals. My dog absolutely loves coming here to play—visiting twice a week has become a regular routine. We highly recommend this place!
