Grip Auto Coquitlam was able to complete the maintenance that I required on my car quickly and efficiently. Raj handled the servicing of my car and I couldn't have been happier. The employees went above and beyond to complete my car's maintenance way before I expected it to be done, even washed and cleaned my car up for me.

As soon as I called Grip about my issue with a flat tire, Raj was there to help me out. Over the span of a few days (largely due to my schedule) correspondance with Raj and the rest of the team at Grip was very easy. They kept me in the loop with everything going on, updating me as they went. While changing my tires they noticed an issue with my rear suspension and kindly helped me out with that too. While the repairs and tire change were taking place, I was provided with one of the their courtesy cars and it was a great experience overall. At the end of the day the bill was extremely fair and generous, and I am happy with the results.
I had an electrical issue on my vehicle, which many of you know, can be challenging to diagnose. Raj took great care of me quickly to get me back on the road. I would highly recommend GRIP for vehicle servicing.
