I gave this company a lot of grace. They serviced our ducts and furnace in 2019 and have called us incessantly ever since. The representative who makes the calls is rude and crass. In the last month he has called me 3 times to offer different services and when I asked him to take me off his call list he just hung up. He has previously left a voicemail by mistake which left a lengthy message of him making other calls in the background and muttering profanities and disrespectful language towards other customers. We had no issues with our initial service but every call (at least every month) has sealed the deal that we would never recommend this company to anyone.

Just received a call from them asking if my furnace has been serviced within the last year as they serviced it in 2018. I told him yes it has to which he replied "Ahh F&ck" and hung up.. nice..

Absolute joke. Booked them for carpet cleaning through a local coupon company. Unfortunately they now have my money but won’t perform the service I paid for. Save your money. Book elsewhere. Rude and unprofessional
