I had an incredible experience in this location. I've got my winter tires swap and also a tire repair done all within 3 hours. Steve and Ken offered great customer service and were very caring while dealing with my requests. 100% recommended!
If I could give a review that was more than 5 stars I would. I have been going to this fountain tire for the last couple of years and every time I have gone in, I have had an amazing experience. Recently, I went in to ask if my brakes needed replacing because I was going on a surprise trip to Whistler and it was going to be raining. Last minute they got me in and assessed if I needed brakes- I was given a quote and shown the level that my brakes were at before the service was completed.

Went in, on a Saturday to have 4 of my own new A/S tires mounted and balanced. Ken had it completed in less than 2 hours even with 2 cars ahead of me. He’s been in the industry for a while and it shows. Honesty, excellent customer service and good conversation throughout the entire experience.
