From the moment Chris Martens contacted me to the moment I drove my new (to me) ride off of the lot, I felt heard, appreciated and well taken care of. Chris really took the time to ensure I got exactly what I wanted, even detailing my vehicle when I came to pick it up! All of this done with absolutely no pressure. Trying to make an apt. using you AI is not worth a persons time.
The only reason I am still a customer here after 13 years is because of a young lady in the Service Dept. (Gene), She is beyond helpful and knows how to treat a customer. She is a credit to Eagle ridge GM. Management could learn something from her in how customers should be treated.
