Carl was great with communication. Quick replies, helpful answers, and made scheduling easy. The crew did a solid job and took the time to do it right. The garage looks refreshed and way better than I expected!

We hired Crown Property Services for strata pressure washing and had a great overall experience. Carl was easy to communicate with, gave us a clear quote, and worked with our schedule. The crew showed up on time and got to work right away. A few areas were tougher to clean, but they took the time to go over them again without us even having to ask. The walkways and common areas looked much better afterward. The team was professional, detail-oriented, and respectful of the property. Our strata council was pleased with how it turned out.
