Carmen is amazing! I was planning my wedding and was on the hunt for a hairdresser/make up artist for the big day. After browsing through countless sites, etc. I came across Carmen Tse. Let me tell you, this girl is AMAZING! I've never looked so hot in my life as I did on my wedding day when Carmen took care of me :)She gave me the exact look that I wanted and put up with all my crazy demands lol.
