I have always had a deep-seated fear of acupuncture. Even though my brother experienced a miraculous recovery from potential paralysis thanks to this treatment, the thought of having needles inserted all over my body was daunting. The mere idea that a slight movement could lead to significant pain was terrifying. While I don’t mind needles for blood draws, the thought of being immobilized by a stranger with needles is unsettling.

I have been meaning to leave dr. Betty since we first met a few months ago. I started seeing her because of an ICBC claim and will definitely come back in the future. She has decades of experience and is very kind and knowledgeable and helpful. It's hard to find a good acupuncturist, who does the needles properly. She definitely does this and goes above and beyond with herbal medicines and some electricity therapy as well! Extremely professional and highly recommend
