We highly recommend Best Quality Roofing! We had been dealing with high winds in our area with shingles blowing off our roof for the last couple of years here in Kelowna. We called other companies and some said it would be a two weeks wait etc. When we called Best Quality Roofing they said they could be there that evening as an emergency call out if we wanted. Very responsive, you call and you get a person on the line! They replaced our missing shingles a couple of times before we decided to get the whole roof replaced this month! They did a fantastic job of replacing the shingles, vents, flashings, everything new, new synthetic underlay etc. using high wind shingles and products and extra care in the fastening of the shingles for the high winds, The team cleaned up every day before they left, careful for the nails, even using a rolling magnetic tool to find any loose nails on the property, lastly cleaning the gutters of all debris. Very professional company, they kept us informed and took care of any issues and questions that we had. They were very dependable and knowledgeable. We highly recommend them to anyone for big or small jobs. An added bonus is that they create a report that is detailed with pictures before and after also for your reference. They are a large company with multiple offices throughout BC which was another reason we chose this company. We don’t usually comment on companies, but they deserve it.
