From start to finish Paul was professional and so easy to deal with. I called with a tight schedule to get an inspection done and he was flexible and able to accommodate. He arrived early and explained the entire process as this my first home and wasn’t sure what to expect. I had many questions and he answered all of them with a smile and gave me the breakdown of what repairs were needing to be done right away as well as repairs that could wait. He explained the recommended maintenance schedules and explained the locations of important shut offs and switches for both safety and comfort.
