I would highly recommend Paul for any condo or house inspection. He is extremely professional, responsive, knowledgeable, detail-oriented and patient. He inspected our recent condo purchase and walked me through all the details and clearly explained the potential issues with the condo. He inspected every corner and made sure he spent a lot of time explaining all his findings. Based on his report we asked the owners to fix a few items and Paul was kind enough to come and do another walkthrough with us as if it was a fresh inspection. He goes above and beyond to provide good service. I would definitely recommend Paul to all my friends and family.
