I had to get a roof repair when our new heat pump was installed and some pipes and cables having to break through a overhang roof. Jake's Roofing coordinated the repair with our HVAC people and fixed the roof quickly. Their rates were fair.

We had a replacement Torch On roof installed on our Strata roof recently. Ryan quoted us for the job with an explanation of roofing material, vents to be replaced etc and answered all our questions promptly. The price was very competitive. He also included his insurance coverage and other necessary information. The roof installation was completed in a timely fashion with the least amount of disruption. The job site was promptly cleaned up satisfactorily. It is a great feeling to have our new roof installed in time for this fall and winter weather. It was so needed and greatly appreciated by us all. I recently had my roof redone by Jake's Roofing. The re-roof asphalt shingle job on my house & shop. Ryan quoted the job & explained all my questions. The quote was good! It showed all the work to be done, materials needed, it showed the liability insurance coverage of the job, a Work Safe BC cover letter. The workers did an excellent job, fast & efficient they replaced rotten wood as needed, replaced flashings & vents, skylights, and gutter screens. The tear-off & shingle, house & shop was 2 days, they even worked late to finish the job, then cleanup the next day, they even picked the old nails out of the grass with a magnet.
