Dr. Phil Seitz is the most lovely, knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough optometrist we have ever had. Our family has folks with complex needs and developmental delays and Dr. Seitz provides an in depth exam while keeping everyone at ease. He offers his services to us without reservation and has made himself available to us on very short notice when needed. Dr. Seitz genuinely cares about his patients and uses modern technology to be able to show and explain eye health, any concerns, and what to watch for. His follow-up care is second to none!! We love him so much we travel down from the Okanagan to continue to see him for our exams.
Eyes on the Harbour are the best! Dr. Seitz is hands down one of the best, if not the best, healthcare professionals I have ever seen. He is thorough and easy to talk to. My wife sees Dr. Limber and has nothing but great things to say about him. I Highly recommend this clinic. Great service, punctual and exceptional staff.
I am thrilled with my new glasses, the staff were very professional and pleasant and the doctor was very knowledgeable, he almost immediately found what my problem was, I highly recommend the Eyes on the Harbour for anyone needing vision care.
