App hasn’t worked for 8-12 months so you can’t book with a barber on your phone. And when you call it’s a game whether or not the front desk person will pick up.
Tried today and it took 4 calls to get through, then get out on hold for 5 mins.
In the end this place has been going downhill for the past few months, I think it has to do with new ownership. But it’s a blessing in disguise because I found a new barber which is actually $7 cheaper!

Went in to get gift certificate. The girl didnt know what she was doing so she just help other customers instead of figuring out how to do a gift certificate.

I used to be a regular here, but on my last visit I didn’t recognize a single barber. I was told the previous staff had been let go, and the shop no longer feels the same. The experience was uncomfortable, and I won’t be coming back.

Marie is a saint. She is so good at her job that hubby has to call ahead and make sure she has an opening before we drive over. She knows what he wants and she even keeps track of what products he likes and doesn't like for future visits. I haven't even met her and Iove her. Best men's hair stylist ever, she makes it look good, not just passable.

My son got a haircut at the Chilliwack location, and the person who cut it couldn't understand English. We left with a lop sided hair cut as she didn't understand the problem. Will definitely not return!!!
