I had a fantastic experience with these guys creating my fiancé’s wedding band. He wanted to use his grandfather’s gold to make a new band and they absolutely nailed it. I was shocked at how fast they turned it around (only 3 weeks!) and the final ring is stunning and very well crafted.
Unfortunately, a certain mall jeweller that rhymes with “Bichael Nill” botched my fiancé’s ring size the first go-round ? but these guys saved the day and had it resized for us that same afternoon.
Seriously awesome service from start to finish... safe to say I’ve found my new forever jeweller. Thanks again!
Walked in and asked for a repair on a Pandora bracelet. Had a fun chuckle back and forth as we joked about how Pandora would not repair their own bracelet in store. While waited, discovered my own ring size, and then left free of charge. Wonderful people, very kind and helpful, great service. 10/10 would recommend!!
I had a custom ring commissioned of a sort of complex design and they nailed it, they had great communication and made every measure to make sure the ring they made was exactly how I envisioned it and made sure I was satisfied with every detail, in the end the ring came out flawlessly and I couldn't be more happy with it and I'm sure my girlfriend will love it as well when she receives it, the price was fair and the time it took for the ring to be finished was shorter than I thought and I have it long before the date I needed it, I couldn't recommend the bench enough, the job they did was incredible
