We love Dr Kara! She has helped me with my chronic tension headaches and kept me aligned during multiple pregnancies making for a much easier deliveries. Just recently she helped my 5 month old enjoy tummy time and after just a few adjustments he started to crawl and enjoy moving around much easier. Highly recommend her chiropractic office, always a welcoming environment.
I highly recommend Dr. Kara. I have been to Serenity Chiro for almost 10 years now! My oldest gave me tailbone problems and I have been able to manage pain with regular adjustments.
Recently had a baby who couldn’t and wouldn’t sleep /nap as a normal baby should do. He was acting in pain. We took him in and after 4 or 5 adjustments he’s a new sleeping baby!
My family and I have been going to serenity chiropractic for a few years now and have been very happy with the service we are provided. The staff are all friendly, personable, very knowledgeable and have helped us with recovery from a few different injuries and pains. I recommend checking them out!
